“La investigación “Compromiso Organizacional yDesempeño Laboral de los Especialistas de Educaciónde la Dirección Regional de Educación de Ucayali- 2018”,tuvo por objetivo demostrar que existe relación entre elcompromiso organizacional y desempeño laboral. Lapoblación lo constituyo 15 especialistas de educaciónde la Dirección Regional de Educación de Ucayali y lamuestra es no probabilística, el diseño no experimental.”“El resultado de esta investigación, concluyeque la relación entre el compromiso organizacional ydesempeño laboral en los especialistas de educación dela Dirección Regional de Educación de Ucayali- 2018, essignificativa, debido a que el 60% de la población muestralrefiere niveles equivalentes (De acuerdo – Casi siempre)en ambas variables
The present investigation “OrganizationalCommitment and Labor Performance of the EducationSpecialists of the Regional Education Directorate ofUcayali-2018”, aimed to demonstrate that there is arelationship between organizational commitment andwork performance. The population was constituted by15 education specialists from the Regional Directorate ofEducation of the Ucayali and the sample is probabilistic,the non-experimental design.“The result of this investigation, concludes thatthe relationship between organizational commitmentand work performance in education specialists of theRegional Directorate of Education of Ucayali - 2018,is significant, because 60% of the population samplethe equivalent benefits Agree - Almost always) on bothvariables.”
