La trompa de Falopio, Víctima circunstancial de la adversidad.

The fallopian tube to achieve ovum transport, travel and preparation of the sperm for  fertilization, early embryonic development and embryonic get traffic is in perfect sync with the development of the endometrium for implantation to occur. This does not take place if morphological or functional trunk was altered. Within the study of the barren woman, this is the most important factor for its high incidence and the fact that being severely compromised poor prognosis in women. From 1949 to date, we have served in the Peruvian Institute of Fertility Double, eighteen thousand five hundred infertile couples, having found tubal factor involved in 36.7% of cases. That is, 18,500 couples, more than 6,000 infertile women have the fallopian tubes involved in one way or another, in the city of Lima and the provinces who have come from.
La trompa de Falopio debe lograr el transporte del óvulo, el viaje y acondicionamiento del espermatozoide para la fertilización, el desarrollo embrionario inicial y conseguir que el tránsito embrionario esté en perfecto sincronismo con el desarrollo del endometrio, para que pueda ocurrir la implantación. Ello no se llevaría a cabo si morfológica o funcionalmente la trompa estuviera alterada. Dentro del estudio de la mujer estéril, este factor es el más importante, por su alta incidencia y por el hecho de que al estar comprometido ensombrece gravemente el pronóstico de la mujer. Desde 1949 hasta la fecha, hemos atendido en el Instituto Peruano de Fertilidad Matrimonial, dieciocho mil quinientas parejas estériles, habiendo encontrado el factor tubárico comprometido en el 36,7% de los casos. Vale decir, de 18,500 parejas, más de 6,000 mujeres estériles tienen las trompas de Falopio comprometidas en una u otra forma, en la ciudad de Lima y en las que han venido de provincias.
