The worry of realizing the present work of investigation takes root in the worry that nowadays the young persons do not have a suitable vision of the reality, to this respect there are many values that already are not practised, this owed also to that in the Educational Centers the education is more to cognitive level and it is possible to observe that they do not give him importance to the formation of the Personality, taking in counts the model of the " SOCIAL INFORMATION OF THE PERSONALITY " of the author Pedro ORTIZ CABANILLAS, it is possible to indicate to him that the levels in the development of the Personality are to Affective, Cognitive level and Conativo. Taking the model of " Interpersonal Values " of LEONARD V. GORDON bore the following indicators in mind for the present work: Support, Conformity, Recognition, Independence Benevolence and Leadership, likewise assuming that the young persons in the main are in an instability as for the strengthening of his interpersonal values, there is no a program adapted to level of Department of Education that forces the young persons to have own experiences of life in that there fortify the "Values" implanted in a certain age, to this respect, a program proposed by the Mg has been implemented. Edith Haydee Beraún Allotments, PROGRAM CALLED "JOVIEB" For the strengthening of Interpersonal Values of the Young persons, for what we have appeared the following questioning one which is the level of efficiency of the program "JOVIEB" in the strengthening of the interpersonal values of the young persons of her E. A. P. of Psychology of the UNHEVAL? General Whose aim was To implement the program "JOVIEB" In a group of pupils of Psychology at the time there will be achieved a high level of interpersonal values in the above mentioned young persons, for the specific hypotheses, also there bore the notable indicators in mind, the same ones that were: Support, Conformity, Recognition, Independence, Benevolence and Leadership. With regard to the Type of Investigation, according to his scope it is located in an investigation quantitatively of applicative level, the design corresponds to EXPERIMETAL: Pre-experiments - Design of pre-test post-tries with an alone group. In to group of pupils of Psychology at the will swindles there be achieved to high level of interpersonal values in the above mentioned young persons, for the specific hypotheses, also there bore the notable indicators in mind, the same ones that were: Support, Conformity, Recognition, Independence, Benevolence and Leadership. With regard to the Type of Investigation, according to his scope it is located in an investigation quantitatively of applicative level, the design corresponds to EXPERIMETAL: Pre-experiments - Design of pre-test post-tries with an alone group.
La inquietud de realizar el presente trabajo de investigación radica en la preocupación  que  hoy en día los jóvenes  no tienen  una visión adecuada de la realidad, en tal sentido hay muchos valores que ya no se practican, esto debido también a que en los Centros Educativos la enseñanza es más a nivel cognitivo y se puede observar que no le dan importancia a la formación de la Personalidad, tomando en cuenta el modelo de la  “INFORMACIÓN SOCIAL DE LA PERSONALIDAD”  del autor PEDRO ORTIZ CABANILLAS, se puede señalar que los  niveles en el desarrollo de la Personalidad son a nivel Afectivo, Cognitivo y Conativo.   Tomando el modelo de “Valores Interpersonales” de LEONARD V. GORDON  se  tuvo en cuenta los siguientes indicadores para el presente trabajo: Soporte, Conformidad, Reconocimiento, Independencia Benevolencia y Liderazgo, así mismo asumiendo que los  jóvenes en su mayoría se encuentran en una inestabilidad en cuanto al fortalecimiento de sus  valores interpersonales, no hay un programa adecuado a nivel de Ministerio de Educación que obligue a los jóvenes a tener experiencias propias de vida en el que se fortalezcan los “Valores” implantados en  una determinada edad, en tal sentido, se ha implementado un programa propuesto por la Mg. Edith Haydee Beraún Quiñones, denominado  PROGRAMA “JOVIEB”  para el fortalecimiento de  Valores Interpersonales de los Jóvenes,  por lo que nos hemos planteado la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuál es el nivel de efectividad  del programa  “JOVIEB” en el fortalecimiento de los valores interpersonales de los jóvenes de la E. A. P. de  Psicología de la UNHEVAL? Cuyo objetivo general fue Implementar el programa  “JOVIEB” en los jóvenes del primer año de la E. A. P. de  Psicología en el curso de  Taller de Desarrollo Humano, de ello se dedujeron los objetivos específicos teniendo en cuenta los indicadores ya señalados,  así mismo se planteó la siguiente Hipótesis General: Si se aplica el programa de Valores  “JOVIEB”   en un grupo de alumnos  de Psicología entonces  se  logrará un nivel alto de valores interpersonales en dichos jóvenes, para las hipótesis específicas, también se tuvieron en cuenta los indicadores señalados, los mismos que fueron: Soporte, Conformidad, Reconocimiento, Independencia, Benevolencia y Liderazgo.  Con respecto al Tipo de Investigación, según su alcance se ubica en una investigación Cuantitativo de nivel aplicativo, el diseño corresponde  a  EXPERIMETAL: Pre-experimentos  -   Diseño  de pre-prueba  pos-prueba con un solo grupo. El programa “JOVIEB” fue efectivo en el fortalecimiento de los  Valores Interpersonales de lo jóvenes de la E. A. P. de Psicología, en las variables, de: SOPORTE, CONFORMIDAD, RECONOCIMIENTO y BENEVOLENCIA.  Luego, se asume que le programa JOVIEB  no fue efectivo en las variables de RECONOCIMIENTO Y LIDERAZGO, lo que indica que hay que trabajar aún más  referente a los valores de BENEVOLENCIA Y LIDERAZGO.
