On basis of the new knowledge of the astrophysical teories the fractal geometry and the scientific practice one can sustain the historical epistemology, relieving the heuristical and the change and the historical devolepment of the science and the tecnology. This kind of development is n ot continuos, lineal and secuencial. Against what statement the sistemicals, the hermenustics and the post modern. In this paper I exponse and explain the main onthologicals, gnoseologicals and epistemologicals thesis. Which groundwork it and the main cathegorys that propose to study the social reality from and historical rationality against of the logicist reductionism of the neopositivism.
En base a los nuevos conocimientos de la astrofísica actual y de la matemática cualitativa y a la práctica científica se puede llegar a sustentar la epistemología histórica centrada en lo heurístico y en el desarrollo histórico no regular ni continuo, ni secuencial. En contra de lo que opinan los sistémicos, los hermenéuticos y los post modernos, en este artículo se exponen las principales tesis ontológicas, gnoseológicas y epistemológicas que la fundamentan, así como las principales categorías que postula para estudiar la realidad social desde una racionalidad histórica en contra de la pretensión reduccionista de la racionalidad logicista del neopositivismo.
