To obtain feedback from users, the SERVQUALing instrument was used, and by a four-dimensional analysis of factors that explain 62.02% of the total variance of the data is identified. For this study, the level of service is 81.24%, considered very good, requiring analysis necessary to establish an improvement plan.Las instituciones educativas que deseen competir en este mundo globalizado, necesitan establecer estándares en la calidad de los servicios que estas ofrecen, ya que sus productos o procesos no son tangibles y la calidad de los mismos depende de la percepción de los clientes. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar el nivel de calidad en los servicios académicos prestados en Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas del Campus Caborca de la Universidad de Sonora. Para la obtención de la opinión de los usuarios, se utilizó el instrumento SERVQUALing, y mediante un Análisis de Factores se identificaron cuatro dimensiones que explican el 62,02% de la varianza total de los datos.
