The crisis comes from the professor that self-identifies as a “specialist in teaching courses”. The possibility of personal and professional overcoming is found at the practice of “eternal recurrence” to the vocation. A quest for creative professional development in a permanent innovative attitude founded in the affirmation of identity as an educator and the will of power in the task of integral formation of the student.La realidad educativa y la situación del magisterio nacional. Características y problemática, en una interpretación nietzscheana donde se proclama la existencia del nihilismo en la mayoría de los profesores, que viven situaciones diarias de frustración profesional ante los pocos logros cognitivos de sus alumnos. La crisis es del profesor que se identifica como “especialista enseñando cursos”. La posibilidad de superación personal y profesional se encuentra en la práctica del “eterno retorno” a la vocación.
