THE INVESTIGATION - ACTION FOR INNOVATION OF THE EDUCATIVE TASK

The present article is structured according to two transcendental subjects for the Education in Peru: One is the approach of the investigation-action within the framework of the theories about the practice of the educational function, and the other is the investigation-action as a strategy of learning in the formation of the teaching staff. The investigation process-action constitutes a continuous process, a spiral, in which the moments of problem, diagnosis, design of a change proposal, application of the proposal and evaluation take place, to reinitiate a new circuit beginning with a new problematic situation. This type of investigation acquires a great importance in our educative field because it helps to surpass the binomials of theory-practice; educator-investigator; and thus it makes possible to unify theory and practice. In such sense, it is necessary that the educational investigation counts with suitable strategies, that will allow it to further deepen their formation about the investigation of the events of their partner-cultural surroundings
El presente artículo está estructurado en torno a dos temas trascendentales para la Educación en el Perú: Uno es el enfoque de la investigación–acción en el marco de las teorías sobre la práctica de la función docente, y el otro es la investigación–acción como estrategia de aprendizaje en la formación del profesorado. El proceso de investigación– acción constituye un proceso continuo, una espiral, donde se van dando los momentos de problematización, diagnóstico, diseño de una propuesta de cambio, aplicación de la propuesta y evaluación, para luego reiniciar un nuevo circuito partiendo de una nueva situación problemática. Este tipo de investigación adquiere en nuestro campo educativo una gran importancia porque ayuda a superar los binomios de teoría–práctica; educador–investigador; y así hace posible unificar teoría y práctica. En tal sentido, es necesario que el docente cuente con las estrategias adecuadas, que le permita profundizar más su formación en cuanto a la investigación de los sucesos socio– culturales de su entorno.
