Abordar a un paciente es tan importante como abordar a los familiares y no solo debemos ver como un proceso formal sino que el médico debe ser presentable, educado, humano, ético, presencial, educador, comunicativo, neutral, decente, bioseguro, seguro e instruido, todo lo cual permitirá obtener mejores datos clínicos, para llegar al diagnóstico con mayor aproximación, evitar el rompimiento de la relación médico-paciente y disminuir los procesos legales.
To approach a patient is as important as dealing with family members and not only we should see it as a formal process but the physician must be presentable, educated, human, ethical, personable, educator, communicative, neutral, decent, biosecure, safe and educated, which will allow to obtain better clinical data to reach the diagnosis with greater approximation, to avoid the breakdown in the patient-doctor relationship and to diminish the legal processes.
