En esta propuesta de software de gestión del conocimiento para la optimización de la orientación al contribuyente en un organismo técnico especializado, el propósito fue determinar los efectos de la aplicación. El tipo de investigación fue transversal, de nivel explicativo. La muestra generada fue de 41 orientadores, los cuales laboran en el área de orientación y servicios al contribuyente. Para ello, se desarrolló un modelo de acuerdo a Nonaka y Takeuchi y se diseñó un sistema informático para la aplicación en una intranet. La técnica para medir el antes y después del diseño de software ha sido la encuesta, el instrumento el cuestionario con escala de Likert del 1 al 5, verificándose previamente la validez del instrumento mediante el “juicio de expertos” y para hallar la confiabilidad se usó el coeficiente del alfa de cronbach (ɑ = 0.897). The present research aimed to establish whether the dissemination of content on TikTok contributes to environmental care in engineering students. Regarding the method, it was quantitative in approach, quasi-experimental design and explanatory level with an intervention, which was the development and publication on TikTok of environmental care content. The sample consisted of industrial and agro-industrial engineering students, who were given a pre-test and after the intervention a post-test, using a 20-question questionnaire. The non-parametric Wilcoxon hypothesis test statistic confirmed the expected effects with a significance (p=0.000) allowing to conclude that the content developed and published on TikTok strengthens the environmental care of engineering students. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership teacher and the autonomous work strategies of university students from a university of Peru. The research was correlational and the design was non-experimental. The technique used was the survey and a questionnaire was applied using Microsoft Forms. The universe was constituted by the students of the faculties of Humanities and Architecture and Urbanism enrolled in the year 2022 at the Federico Villarreal National University Nacional. A convenience sample was used.
