Objetivos: Identificar la “relación entre la calidad de los registros de historias clínicas y los retrasos en el alta hospitalaria en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital Regional de Ica en 2024”. Material y métodos: La metodología fue de tipo correlacional, transversal y retrospectivo con una población de estudio constituida por 320 historias clínicas de pacientes atendidos en el servicio de neonatología durante enero-junio del 2024, calculándose el tamaño de la muestra por el análisis de potencia estadística. La muestra se obtuvo con muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, se escogió todas las historias clínicas que presentaron los criterios de elegibilidad. Objective: Explain some of the causes that have influenced the little success achieved by social isolation, which has not allowed to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods. To find out some of the causes, a survey was applied virtually, between June 12 and 22, 2020, to 568 people segmented into three age groups: A from 17 to 35 years old, B from 36 to 54 years old and C from 55 to 71 years. Although the survey consisted of a 29-question questionnaire, for the present work only five questions related to social isolation have been taken into consideration. Results. Objective: To determine the association that social, clinical and therapeutic factors and coexisting diseases have with nonadherence to antiretroviral therapy in people with HIV/AIDS in 2018. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study conducted with a sample of 117 people with HIV/AIDS on antiretroviral therapy at the Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión. The Questionnaire for the Assessment of Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy (CEAT-VIH)adapted for use in Peru was administered. The IBM SPSS Statistics V23 and logistic regression were used for the statistical analysis. Results: Seventeen point one zero percent (17.10 %) of the patients did not adhere to the therapy and 82.90 % adhered to their prescribed treatment.
