Every institution must ensure quality service to; for this reason, in this paper, I present some lines of action, identify common conflicts, determine the degree of job satisfaction and highlight the problems that can be solved implement modern methods to improve the quality of service in the FII-San Marcos.

Toda institución debe de velar por dar un servicio de calidad; por ese motivo, en este trabajo, quiero presentar algunas líneas de acción, identificar conflictos comunes, conocer el grado de satisfacción laboral y resaltar problemas que pueden resolverse el Implementar métodos modernos para mejorar la calidad del servicio en la FII-UNMSM.
