The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between cooperative learning and intercultural citizenship in 4° and 5° high school students from private educational institutions. In order to do this research, basic research was developed, at a relational level and with correlational design. The population of students from private educational institutions was 11230; from the Villa María del Triunfo district with a sample of 413 students. For informat ion collection the survey technique was used and as an instrument, the instrument of cooperative learning in educational contexts, the same ones that were applied for the collection of information and allowed to carry out the analysis. The research problem is focused on the deficiencies in the production of argumentative texts (PAT) in high school education. The aim of the study is determining if the application of the blog, improves the  PAT level in high school education students from the 4th and 5th   of secondary level in a  school of Tacna. The research was an applied type with a pre-experimental design. Non-probability sampling was employed among 32 students from 4th  and 5th  of secondary level  which were selected intentionally. The instrument was a rubric to evaluate the PAT, which was validated by expert judgment. The results show an increase to 65,62% of students at the satisfactory level and a decrease of 62,49% at the beginning level. P-value (0,00) is lower than the significance level (0,05). It tested that there is a significant improvement with the application of the blog, over the PAT level.

O problema de pesquisa está focado nas deficiências da produção de textos argumentativos (PTA) na educação básica. O objetivo do estudo é determinar se a aplicabilidade do blog melhora o nível de PTA em alunos do Ensino Médio de uma escola em Tacna. A pesquisa foi do tipo aplicada com delineamento pré-experimental. A amostragem não probabilística foi empregada entre 32 alunos do 2º e 3º ano do ensino médio, selecionados intencionalmente. O instrumento foi uma rubrica para avaliação do PTA, que é validada por juízes especialistas. Os resultados mostram um aumento de 65,62% dos alunos no nível satisfatório e uma redução de 62,49% no nível inicial. O valor de P (0,00) é inferior ao nível de significância (0,05), comprovando que há uma melhora significativa da proposta em relação ao nível PTA.
