As processes become more complex, measuring them using key KPI indicators, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), is essential. This study analyses the OEE of the cardboard box production process-the product with the highest annual revenue in a Peruvian printing company. The current OEE is 64.27%, which falls short of the graphic industry standard (72.5%). Increasing the OEE would provide several benefits, such as higher availability, improved product quality, reduced setup times, and lower machine wear. Therefore, an innovative solution model is proposed that will use SMED and TPM tools, as well as Automation and IoT technologies. These Lean tools will be enhanced through the mentioned technologies. El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación tuvo por finalidad determinar el nivel de ineficacia de la norma prohibitiva contemplada en el art. 29° del C.C., respecto al cambio de nombre en el distrito de Puno, durante el año 2021. Para lo cual, se realizó un estudio descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y corte transversal; revisando 70 expedientes relacionados con el petitorio de cambio o modificación de nombre en los juzgados civiles de Puno. De esta amanera se llegó a la conclusión que la variable “norma prohibitiva establecida en el art. 29° del C.C. no está relacionada con la variable “cambio de nombre”, siendo el grado de ineficacia significativa y quedando probada la hipótesis de estudio.

Telmatobius atacamensis is a microendemic threatened anuran of the Puna of Salta, Argentina. In this study, we identify reproduction nuclei and we characterize the anurans populations. To do this, an annual sampling was made in Los Patos and San Antonio rivers and we selected ten sampling sites. We measured pH, temperature and electrical conductivity at each site. The visual encounter survey (VES) was used in order to identify the individuals. Three categories of larval development were established: prometamorphic (G1), premetamorphic (G2) and metamorphic climax (G3). We found a total of six reproductive nuclei, four in San Antonio River and two in Los Patos River. The individuals were located in underwater shelters with a low range of electrical conductivity and in a wide range of temperature while the pH was alkaline.
