La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si existe relación en la Gestión de Talento Humano y Sobrecarga Laboral del personal de salud en las áreas críticas contexto covid-19 Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo Lima, 2021. The access or chamber opening is the first surgical maneuver performed in the endodontic technique, so the final result of the root canal treatment will depend on it. The chamber opening is not an emergency treatment, but a dental procedure that is part of the endodontic treatment. It consists of a surgical maneuver aimed at eliminating the pulp chamber of a tooth in order to access the root canals, and is performed by an endodontic specialist. In this report we present the case of a 14-year-old adolescent girl with a history of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (DM1), diagnosed four years ago, who came for consultation due to persistent odontalgia and tooth sensitivity with a two-month evolution. We describe the clinical findings, the preoperative evaluation and the root canal opening procedure performed with the aim of relieving the pain and improving the patient's oral health.

El estudio de la viabilidad espermática se basa en el análisis de la integridad de la membrana plasmática del espermatozoide y se desconoce el efecto de la criopreservación en este parámetro. Por lo tanto, el objetivo fue determinar el porcentaje de viabilidad en espermatozoides epididimarios de alpaca antes y después del proceso de criopreservación mediante citometría de flujo. Se recolectaron 46 testículos de alpaca obtenidos del Camal Municipal de Ninacaca, Pasco. Solo se trabajaron 41 muestras con motilidad ≥ 30% y una concentración espermática ≥ 50x106 espermatozoides/mL. In the last decades, many urban projects have proliferated in Lima that we could consider as tactical urbanism (UT). The heterogeneity of UT projects is what motivated this article. The research carried out a critical comparative analysis of some of the most significant experiences carried out in Lima. A total of nine projects were selected as case studies and analysed on the basis of three main dimensions: spatial, temporal and civic. The results indicate that formally all the projects are similar, but there are major differences in the three dimensions analysed, especially in the civic one. The timeline indicates that the UT projects have increasingly abandoned aspects such as the popular vision, the involvement of local actors and the development of social capital, which are part of the civic dimension.
