Esta investigación se realizó con la finalidad de sistematizar los estudios sobre factores influyentes en el desarrollo psicomotor en infantes. El tipo de investigación fue teórico. La metodología que se aplico fue descriptiva de tipo transversal, con un análisis bibliográfico. La técnica empleada en este trabajo académico fue la revisión bibliográfica, la cual se aplicó instrumentos de fichas textuales, paráfrasis, y de resumen. El estudio brindará a los docentes información sumamente importante sobre los niveles de desarrollo psicomotor en infantes de 3 años, específicamente en las áreas de motricidad, lenguaje y coordinación. Tras la revisión bibliográfica, el desarrollo psicomotor en infantes de 3 años es de gran importancia, ya que en esta etapa se producen avances significativos en su crecimiento físico, habilidades motoras y desarrollo cognitivo.

La presente investigación es mixta, con un diseño de investigación descriptivo – propositivo, buscó elaborar una estrategia psicoterapéutica basada en la equinoterapia para el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en pacientes con TEA, para lo cual se aplicó el Escala valorativa de habilidades sociales y emocionales de personas con trastorno de espectro autista. La población estudiada fue 61 niños diagnosticados con TEA, que asisten al centro de equinoterapia de junio-setiembre 2019 de 6 a 10 años.
