La presente investigación sirvió para determinar, mediante el Método de Batelle-Columbus, los índices de calidad ambiental de la Zona Marina Costera de Lambayeque y se basó en las mediciones de los diferentes parámetros ambientales tanto físicos, químicos, biológicos y atmosféricos, durante los años 2009-2016. El objetivo fue identificar los focos de contaminación generados por procesos naturales y/o antrópicos para desarrollar a futuro planes de contingencia y lineamientos de gestión. For that reason, the present article seeks to explain Allison’s trajectory in the office of district mayor, through political strategies analysis used to manage continuity in office and citizens’ perceptions of themselves.
