La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión municipal y el presupuesto por resultados en la municipalidad de Lalaquiz, Huancabamba. Se realizó bajo el paradigma positivista, utilizando la metodología cuantitativa y un nivel descriptivo de tipo correlacional simple. Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta, con dos cuestionarios de 20 reactivos por variable estudiada, sometidos a pruebas de validez, obteniendo un grado de confiabilidad aceptable, a través del Alfa de Cronbach. Los cuestionarios fueron aplicados a 40 trabajadores. La variable gestión municipal se dimensionó a partir de la gestión institucional, gestión operativa, gestión financiera y gestión presupuestaria en 20 indicadores en total. La investigación se realizó en la municipalidad distrital de Sondorillo, cuyo objetivo principal fue determinar de qué manera un sistema web mejora la gestión de compras en el área de logística de la entidad. Así mismo, se consideró las teorías de investigación como gestión de compras, metodología XP y sistemas web. La investigación se relaciona con el enfoque cuantitativo, y diseño cuasiexperimental. Como objetivo del presente estudio fue diseñar un modelo de gobierno abierto para la gestión de servicios básicos en una municipalidad distrital de Huancabamba. La investigación fue de corte transversal, diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, se empleó dos cuestionarios los cuales fueron validados por cinco expertos con un total de 28 ítems para las dos variables objeto de investigación bajo la escala tipo Likert. This article presents a systematic review of the literature on the Open Government model and its impact on the management of basic services in Peru, analyzing studies published in the last five years in the following databases: Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex and the University of César Vallejo library. The benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of this model are examined, highlighting its potential to improve transparency, citizen participation and collaboration between government and civil society. Through an exhaustive analysis of various research, factors that facilitate and hinder the effectiveness of Open Government are identified, such as distrust of institutions and the lack of inclusive strategies. This systematic review, based on an exhaustive search of databases such as scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex, the University César Vallejo library, explored the relationship between collective bargaining and work climate over the past five years. Empirical studies that quantitatively or qualitatively analyzed the impact of collective bargaining on work climate-related variables, such as satisfaction, commitment, and perceptions of fairness, were included. Theoretical studies, narrative reviews and those not published in the last five years were excluded. This article presents a systematic review that examines the relationship between public investment and its incidence on poverty at the international and national level, (Peru), specifically in the El Carmen de la Frontera district, Huancabamba. The PRISMA method was used and an exhaustive analysis of various academic sources such as Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex and the César Vallejo University was carried out, in which it was identified that public investment, especially in sectors such as health, education and infrastructure, has a positive impact on poverty reduction and economic development.
