La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia entre negociaciones colectivas en el clima laboral de una municipalidad provincial de Piura, 2024. La metodología que se consideró fue de tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance correlacional causal. La población fue de 100 trabajadores sindicalizados, la muestra fue una censal donde se empleó a toda la población, utilizando como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento se aplicó dos cuestionarios. Para la validez del instrumento se consideró a un juicio de cinco expertos, con una confiabilidad, aplicando Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach para negociaciones colectivas con el 0,956 y para clima laboral con 0,963. This systematic review, based on an exhaustive search of databases such as scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex, the University César Vallejo library, explored the relationship between collective bargaining and work climate over the past five years. Empirical studies that quantitatively or qualitatively analyzed the impact of collective bargaining on work climate-related variables, such as satisfaction, commitment, and perceptions of fairness, were included. Theoretical studies, narrative reviews and those not published in the last five years were excluded. This article presents a systematic review that examines the relationship between public investment and its incidence on poverty at the international and national level, (Peru), specifically in the El Carmen de la Frontera district, Huancabamba. The PRISMA method was used and an exhaustive analysis of various academic sources such as Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex and the César Vallejo University was carried out, in which it was identified that public investment, especially in sectors such as health, education and infrastructure, has a positive impact on poverty reduction and economic development. This article presents a systematic review of the literature on the Open Government model and its impact on the management of basic services in Peru, analyzing studies published in the last five years in the following databases: Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Dialnet, Erih Plus, Latindex and the University of César Vallejo library. The benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of this model are examined, highlighting its potential to improve transparency, citizen participation and collaboration between government and civil society.
