El presente plan de acción tiene como objetivo general Fortalecer la gestión curricular para el desarrollo correcto de los procesos didácticos en las áreas de matemática y comunicación a través de la implementación de un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación con los docentes de la IE FORTUNATO ZORA CARVAJAL con un liderazgo directivo de alto nivel de calidad en gestión educativa. Se llevó a cabo un estudio con el objetivo de analizar la relación entre los niveles de apoyo familiar y la depresión infantil en los alumnos de una Institución Educativa de Tacna. Para ello, se aplicó un enfoque hipotético- deductivo, donde la investigación fue de tipo básica, con un diseño correlacional y transversal. La población participante estuvo constituida por 240 alumnos de 5° y 6° grado de primaria matriculados en el año escolar 2022, y que cursan estudios de nivel primario en una Institución Educativa de Tacna. Fueron 148 los alumnos seleccionados en forma aleatoria.
