El objetivo del estudio fue determinar si el engagement, la espiritualidad, los incentivos, y la autoeficacia laboral influyen significativamente en la productividad laboral de los docentes de una Universidad Privada de la Ciudad de Juliaca, 2020. Corresponde a una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance explicativo y diseño no experimental, que contó con la participación de 149 docentes universitarios de 9 escuelas profesionales, a quienes se les aplico el cuestionario denominado (UWES-17), una escala de percepción sobre incentivos laborales, el cuestionario de espiritualidad en el trabajo (CET) y una escala breve sobre la percepcion de la autoeficacia laboral (AU-10), todos válidos y confiables. Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic has brought serious challenges in higher education and more in the process of adaptability. Objective: to determine whether adaptability to university life and the use of virtual academic media predict satisfaction with studies in Peruvian university students. Methods: a non-experimental, cross-sectional, predictive design, 632 university students of both sexes (50.9% women) participated, using the scale of adaptability to university life, the brief scale of satisfaction with studies and the scale of use of virtual academic media. Results: A multiple regression analysis was performed, finding that the independent variables explain 37.8% of the total variance of the criterion variable. Ante la falta de instrumentos para medir el sentido de eficacia en la asesoría de trabajos de grado, se tuvo como objetivo diseñar y validar una escala de valoración de la autoeficacia en la asesoría de tesis (EA-AT), bajo un estudio instrumental, con 601 asesores de pregrado de entre 25 a 65 años de edad, adscritos a la carrera de educación, medicina, enfermería, nutrición, psicología, administración y contabilidad, seleccionados bajo un muestreo no probabilístico intencional en siete universidades de tres regiones del Perú.
