La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre Gestión educativa y Desempeño docente en Instituciones Educativas Adventistas de la ciudad de Juliaca, 2018. Esta investigación de enfoque cuantitativo correlacional contó con la participación de 85 docentes, a quienes se les evaluó con dos instrumentos que miden cada una de las variables de estudio.
