Los estudiantes de medicina enfrentan diversos desafíos estresantes durante su formación, como la depresión y la ansiedad, los cuales se han visto relacionados a un deterioro notable en la calidad de vida. Objetivo: Determinar el grado de correlación entre la calidad de vida y el estrés académico en estudiantes de medicina de una universidad nacional peruana. Método: La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo analítico de tipo transversal, la muestra constó de 274 estudiantes que cursaban del 1° al 7° año de estudios: Resultados: Se analizaron 274 encuestas válidas, con una distribución de género de 124 (45.3%) varones y 150 (54.7%) mujeres, y una edad promedio de 25.6 años.
