El objetivo principal de este estudio cualitativo y exploratorio es identificar y analizar las barreras e impulsores que afectan la comercialización sostenible de souvenirs artesanales en Perú. Los objetivos secundarios incluyen describir el contexto actual, identificar factores impulsores y obstáculos, y proponer acciones y estrategias para promover la producción y comercialización sostenible. Estos objetivos son coherentes con los principios de RRREMAKER, que buscan fomentar prácticas sostenibles y la valorización de la artesanía a través de la innovación y la tecnología.

This article aims to present an analysis of the Priority Objective N°5 of the National Competitiveness and Productivity Policy (NCPP) from the perspective of economic anthropology. This objective refers to the creation of conditions to enable the Peruvian labor market to be more dynamic and competitive and to generate decent employment. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las relaciones y significados de género presentes en la configuración de las trayectorias laborales de las mujeres de diferentes generaciones en el Bajo Piura, en los centros poblados Villa Yapato y Tablazo Norte, distrito La Unión. Para tal fin, me aproximo al concepto de trabajo desde un enfoque de género interseccional y centrado en el cuidado. De este modo, me propongo reconstruir sus trayectorias de trabajo, considerando las actividades remuneradas y no remuneradas que han realizado a lo largo de sus vidas en el marco de sus relaciones familiares y las formas en las que estas son valoradas por ellas mismas y sus familias.
