La investigación titulada “La motivación y su relación con la satisfacción laboral en una empresa que brinda servicios dermatológicos, con enfoque global, 2023” tuvo como prioridad determinar la relación que existe entre ambas variables. La empresa como es parte del sector salud siguió trabajando durante la pandemia donde empezaron a presentar problemas por falta de motivación de los trabajadores en sus funciones diarias, por lo cual se determinamos las principales causas de la problemática a través de la matriz DAFO. La metodología que usamos durante la investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental, el método deductivo hipotético y corte transversal. This paper explores the Pacific Alliance trying to explain the binding agreements that its members have adopted in order to liberalize the trade of goods and services within the block. It analyses these agreements, considering the potential trade opportunities that such a liberalization process promises. The research states that even considering the poor levels of economic interdependence among the members of the Pacific Alliance and despite the fact that economic integration inside the block has more formal than real connotations; the true chance of developing value chains for the Asian markets presents the Pacific Alliance as an important tool in order to obtain both economic growth and social development
