El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa la realidad técnico pedagógica en la Institución Educativa N° 00537 “Matilde Del Águila Velásquez” de la ciudad de Rioja, en la cual se identifica cierto nivel de debilidad en el manejo de estrategias motivacionales en la conducción de las sesiones de aprendizaje por parte de los docentes.
