Objective: To determine the withdrawal from the Growth and Development Control Program among children under 3 years of age at the Hospital Santa Isabel - El Porvenir. Trujillo, La Libertad 2017. Materials and methods: The research had a descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. It used the structured interview technique and instruments such as the Data Collection Guide of the Comprehensive Child Care Card and the Interview Guide, which was validated by Cronbach’s alpha and Kuder-Richardson formula. Absolute or relative percentages of withdrawal were determined. Additionally, socioeconomic, cultural and accessibility factors were examined in relation to the withdrawal types. Results: Absolute and relative withdrawal were 65.2 % and 34.8 %, respectively. Se disminuyó la presencia de gases nitrosos y sulfurosos presentes en los efluentes de combustión a través del empleo de monolitos sintetizados a partir de cenizas volantes de carbón. Ciencia, tecnología y humanidad. El estudio se inició con la activación alcalina de las cenizas volantes, empleando una solución de NaOH 3,9M y a una temperatura de 150 0C. Luego se preparó el gel de siembra empleando NaOH, aluminato sódico y el extracto alcalino de las cenizas volantes, además se preparó el gel de alimentación. Ambos se emplearon para la elaboración del gel de cristalización o hidrogel, el cual se procedió a secar sobre el papel de filtro, al aire y a temperatura ambiente durante 24 h. Se realizó la producción de arcilla aniónica sintética adsorbente de cromo VI empleando cenizas volantes provenientes de la combustión de carbón antracitoso. La muestra de ceniza volante empleada se obtuvo de las calderas de la empresa Casa Grande. Se preparó la arcilla sintética adicionando a las cenizas, dolomita, CaO y agua desionizada. Luego se procedió a su activación con NaCl 2M, es en esta etapa que se determinó la proporción soluto/solvente (Arcilla/NaCl) óptima por lo que se estudió los siguientes tratamientos: 1 gramo/0 mL (grupo testigo) ,1 gramo/5 mL (grupo A), 1 gramo/10 mL (grupo B) y 1 gramo/15 mL (grupo C). Cucumis dipsaceus " hedgehog gourd ", is a plant species of the family of cucurbits considered as weeds in our region, whose fruit has secondary metabolites of industrial and pharmacological importance highlighting among them the flavonoids, glycosides, alkaloids, tannins and saponins. The latter compound has properties such as surfactant, foaming agent, anti-inflammatoryagent and hepatoprotection. Due to the properties of saponins, the present study was proposed whose main objective was to determine the operating parameters: temperature, time and solid/solvent ratio in the production process of saponin extract from the fruit of Cucumis dipsaceus " hedgehog gourd “.
