Objective: To explore the proposals of the political parties on health and maternal and child health in the Peruvian general elections of 2021 ". Material and methods: Quantitative, descriptive study of secondary sources. The government plans were downloaded from the Electoral Platform of the National Elections Jury(JNE), and the proposals of the registered political parties were analyzed in relation to health and with emphasis on maternal and child health. Results: From total of parties 100% (n=18), 50% (n=9) present a clear proposal, 44% (n=8) present an ambiguous proposal and 6% (n=1) do not say anything about the Health proposal, respectively.
