This article presents the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their application in the performance of agro-export companies during the period of the pandemic by COVID-19; being the objective of the investigation to describe the incidence of the use of the ICT in the productivity of the companies in the agro-industrial sector. The methodology applied was the systematic review of the literature on each of the constructs, using search criteria in reliable sources such as the Scopus, Redalyc, SciELO databases mainly; thus, inclusion and exclusion criteria were also applied for the selection of information, both for articles and theses. Presenta el análisis de los beneficios flexibles tanto financieros como los denominados “interés por ti” con los que cuentan los ejecutivos comerciales del Banbif. Se tomó una muestra aleatoria estratificada, se entrevistó vía telefónica con el fin de completar el check list diseñado con la finalidad de identificar si conocen y/o usan estos beneficios. Además, se utilizó la herramienta de Rolando Arellano para determinar el estilo de vida que tienen los ejecutivos. Los resultados encontrados, permitieron establecer cuáles son los beneficios que más conocen y usan, así como los motivos por los cuales muchos de los ejecutivos manifestaron no conocerlos ni usarlos. Finalmente se identificaron cinco factores estratégicos para la mejora de los beneficios flexibles que brinda el Banbif a sus ejecutivos y se han elaborado sugerencias de mejora.
