El objetivo principal del presente estudio es demostrar que el uso innovado de los recursos naturales influye en la dimensión espacial de la habitabilidad en la vivienda de comunidades campesinas de altura. Para lograrlo se plantea una investigación sustantiva de enfoque mixto transversal. Con el estudio de caso ubicado en la comunidad campesina Janac Chuquibamba del distrito de Lamay - Cusco, se caracteriza y analiza las condicionantes físicas y socioculturales en las escalas territorio especializado y asentamiento del sistema habitacional. The present work investigates the influence of capitalism on the religious spatiality of the sacred, manifested in the Seminary of San Antonio Abad in Cusco-Peru. Through a qualitative study with the historiographic method of socio-spatial discourse, the changes in spatial production from the sacred to the profane are analyzed. The results show that the Seminary produced a place of religious spatiality in the viceregal period in strict relation to the sacred and the academic-pedagogical, but it suffered transformations as a result of the interrelation of religious and capitalist practices. El propósito del presente trabajo es demostrar la influencia de los acuerdos de Hábitat III y la Nueva Agenda Urbana en temas de políticas públicas urbanas para la ciudad de Cusco, mediante una investigación cualitativa que usa el método historiográfico y el análisis documental para contextualizar en la realidad nacional y local los sucesos más relevantes en lo político, económico y normativo. This article addresses and explains the critical analysis of the conservation and restoration interventions carried out by the Ministry of Culture (in the period between 2006 and 2012) in the Santa Ana Church of Cusco (Peru). The achievements are weighed, as well as the coherence of its results and achievements, and their absences in terms of the restitution of the full conception of the building. This is done in order to have a body of methodological experiences that express the aspects that led to the comprehensive recovery of its material testimonies and the implicit values of the monument, within the panorama of the patrimonial conservation realized in the city of Cusco and the region.
