La procrastinación es un constructo en fase emergente de investigación y menos aún en el área laboral. Recientemente se ha desarrollado un modelo de procrastinación laboral a partir de un estudio psicométrico en habla inglesa y a la fecha, sin embargo, no hay algún estudio en habla hispana al respecto.
