Descubre los elementos que ejercen impacto en la disparidad salarial entre géneros en Lima Metropolitana y cuál ha sido su comportamiento durante la pandemia covid-19. Se aplicó una metodología con perspectiva cuantitativa, con enfoque básico, con diseño no experimental y longitudinal explicativo. Los datos, extraídos de la Encuesta Nacional de Hogares (ENAHO), se procesan a través de la aplicación de metodología econométrica en el software especializado STATA. El estudio revela que variables como educación, experiencia laboral, horas de trabajo y capacitación interactúan conjuntamente para influir en la configuración de la brecha salarial.
