El objetivo general es determinar la relación entre las competencias en investigación y la producción científica en médicos de Hospitales e Institutos de Salud de Lima. En cuanto a la metodología, el estudio es Cuantitativo, analítico, correlacional. La población consta de 365 médicos nombrados y contratados con especialidad o médicos generales de Hospitales e Institutos de Salud de Lima. Los resultados presentan que los participantes del estudio fueron 100 médicos de Hospitales e Institutos de Lima Metropolitana. El 59% (n=59) es hombre y el 41% (n=41) es mujer. El 75% (n=75) tiene entre 28 a 41 años y el 20% (n=20) entre 42 a 55 años. El 5% (n=5) tiene entre 56 a 72 años. Objective: To determine the relationship between family dysfunctionality and the presence of depressive/anxiety symptoms in patients hospitalized for substance use disorders. Methods: Analytical and cross-sectional study in 57 male inpatients of a substance abuse rehabilitation center in Lima. Sociodemographic and substance use information was collected; the APGAR-family, IDARE-R and IDERE-R questionnaires were applied for family dysfunctionality, anxious and depressive symptomatology, respectively. The relationship between the scores of the surveys was evaluated with the Spearman's correlation test. Results: APGAR-family scores had a non-significant inverse correlation with both the IDARE-R score (rho = -0.061; p = 0.654) and the IDERE-R score (rho = -0.084; p = 0.533). Introduction: The Declaration of Helsinki recognizes the importance of Institutional Research Ethics Committees (IREC) in experimental studies for consideration, comments and guidance; which has been included in international and Peruvian legislation as a standard of good clinical practice. This study seeks to characterize the IREC that have evaluated clinical trials (CT) framed in the Peruvian Regulation, period 2010-2023. Material and methods: Secondary source. The population was the CT submitted to the National Institute of Health.
