Objetivo: La modalidad SESAOT mediante el convenio con Aldeas Infantiles SOS, tiene como objetivo mejorar la salud oral de sus niños mediante actividades ligadas a la promoción, prevención y recuperación de la salud bucal. El presente informe representa la intervención realizada en los meses de enero-mayo 2015. Resultados: Se consiguió un 35,4% de población libre de caries, producto de la realización de actividades extramurales como: sesiones educativas y demostrativas; además de actividades clínicas como: aplicación de flúor gel al 2% 3 (100%), selladores dentales 163 (60%), restauraciones con resina/ionómero 15 (17%), extracciones dentales 6 (60%), pulpotomía 1 (50%) y profilaxis dentales 3 (100%). Trauma in the primary dentition often requires different management than in the permanent dentition. We present the case of an 18-month-old female patient, in apparent good general condition, with no medical history, who came to the pediatric dentistry service of the Teaching Dental Center of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia because "a tooth had become incrusted when it fell out". After the extraoral examination, edema was observed in the lower lip and intraorally there was an apical displacement of tooth 61. Radiographically, it is observed that tooth 61 is rotated with apical displacement. Diagnosis: Intrusive dislocation of tooth 61 and contusion of the lower lip.
