El propósito de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre la motivación y el clima institucional en docentes de las Instituciones Educativas American Children High School y Nº 6052 América del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores. Se estudió a una población compuesta por 81 docentes de ambas instituciones educativas (40 y 41, respectivamente), a quienes se les aplicó el Cuestionario de motivación para el trabajo (Toro, 1985) y un Test de Clima Institucional (UMANO, 2008). The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of pedagogical support as a strategy to strengthen management in the classroom of a public school in Peru, located in the positivist paradigm, under the modality of descriptive field work and It is inserted in the research line of the Autonomous University of Peru, called: Person, Society, Company and State.
