The present study aims to establish the correlation between communication skills and social interaction among students of the Faculty of Education of a public university in Lima. The research is framed under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, a basic type, of the non-experimental design, with a cross section, of the sub-type of correlational design. The population was census, consisting of 214 students, who were administered two valid and reliable questionnaires: the communication skills instrument (ratified by KR-20 = 0.98) and social interaction (validated by Cronbach's Alpha = 0.988). The results showing the existence of a significant and direct link between communication skills and social interaction (Spearman's Rho =, 823). The present study shows the need to reflect on the sequences of cognitive processes of logical thinking in children with ADHD, andit also provides strategies to promote them. The research was carried out on a sample of 11 children with ADHD within the ages of 5 and 6, identified by the checklist of the DSM_IV in addition to the interview sessions with their teachers and classmates. Due to the characteristics described, the study is based on the qualitative approach of ethnographic design and documentary review. It was concluded that these children often make frequent errors in the resolution of logical operations due to lack of attention and concentration during the algorithmization of arithmetic operations.
