The aim of this research was to demonstrate the influence of school organization on campus teaching performance. Sobre la base de los resultados de los datos estadísticos y avalados por un marco teórico, en la Tesis titulada: "LA FORMACIÓN DEL PROFESOR Y LA PRÁCTICA PRE-PROFESIONAL EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA SERIE 500 DE LA ESPECIALIDAD DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA - UNSCH, 2009", describimos y explicamos la formación del profesor en la Universidad y el desarrollo de las prácticas pre-profesionales en las Instituciones Educativas. Concluyendo de que "no existe influencia positiva de la formación del profesor en la realización de la práctica pre-profesional". The objective is determine the factors that influence in the profitability of microfinance institutions in Peru. This study constitutes a first approximation to understand the factors that influence in the profitability of microfinance institutions in Peru. We were used the panel data model. Credit risk, operating efficiency, and market concentration were found to be negatively related to ROA, while capital efficiency was positively related to ROA.
