La presente investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre gestión municipal y seguridad ciudadana en el distrito de Iquitos, provincia de Maynas, Loreto 2022, considerando a seguridad como paradigma de derechos humanos para controlar la intimidación violenta de sujetos como desafío para el desarrollo de esta colectividad. El estudio fue sistematizado mediante el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. Muestra compuesta por 383 pobladores de la ciudad de Iquitos. Aplicando técnica de encuesta y cuestionarios, uno para valorar gestión municipal y otro para apreciar seguridad ciudadana, ambos compuesto de 24 ítems. This article deals with the asymptotic behavior of nonoscillatory solutions of fourth order linear differential equation where the coefficients are perturbations of linear constant coefficient equation. We define a change of variable and deduce that the new variable satisfies a third order nonlinear differential equation. We assume three hypotheses. The first hypothesis is related to the constant coefficients and set up that the characteristic polynomial associated with the fourth order linear equation has simple and real roots.
