In this paper we construct a methodology to calculate the price-earnings ratio (PER) of the General Index of the Lima Stock Exchange (IGBVL) for the period 1995-2011 following Shiller (2005). Results show that equity prices, in the analyzed period, basically responded to the expected evolution of earnings of the companies, even during the period of the equity prices boom that preceded the financial crisis of 2008. This conclusion is reinforced when we calculate, following Hayford y Malliaris (2004), the implicit equity premia expected for stock investors. We find high values of equity premia during the period of stock prices boom, which would justify the high PER values registered in that period.

Construir una cultura de aprendizaje consiste en apoyar métodos sistemáticos e integrales destinados a lograr un alto nivel de aprendizaje organizacional, debido a su importancia, se planteó como objetivo evidenciar las propiedades psicométricas de una escala para evaluar la cultura de aprendizaje en organizaciones no lucrativas. Bajo un muestreo no probabilístico a conveniencia, se obtuvo la participación de 186 trabajadores pertenecientes a ocho países latinos. Los resultados establecen una métrica distribuida en tres factores con indicadores de confiabilidad y validez alta (α=0.798 a 0.942; CR=0.800 a 0.943; AVE=0.667 a 0.847); además la métrica posee un buen índice de bondad de ajuste (CMIN/DF= 1.344; CFI=0.996; SRMR=0.025; RMSEA=0.043 y Pclose=0.530). There is no doubt that leadership is one of the most researched and disseminated topics in recent years, and over time, some distinguished models have developed a solid foundation and a reputable structure. From this perspective, this study analyzes the evidence of validity and reliability of a scale that assesses leadership styles in non-profit institutions. The study had an instrumental design. The sample consisted of 272 workers from nine Latin American countries, aged between 19 and 68 years (M = 34.08 and SD = 8.61), recruited through non-probabilistic sampling. A validity and reliability analysis of the scale confirmed the nine items and three original factors (servant, empowering and shared leadership).
