La difusión de estos lineamientos tiene por finalidad: a) Facilitar a los agentes económicos el conocimiento de las reglas establecidas con el fin de cautelar el derecho a la información de los consumidores y asegurar la buena fe empresarial; y, b) Promover el correcto funcionamiento del mercado, con el propósito de que la leal y honesta competencia genere bienestar para todos. El artículo 25 del Decreto Legislativo N° 1044 - Ley de Represión de la Competencia Desleal establece como una de las atribuciones de la Comisión de Fiscalización de la Competencia Desleal la expedición de Lineamientos que orienten a los agentes del mercado sobre la correcta interpretación de las normas contenidas en el citado cuerpo legal. En tal sentido, el presente documento ha sido elaborado por la Comisión de Fiscalización de la Competencia Desleal de conformidad con dicha atribución legal.

El presente documento tiene la finalidad de reflexionar sobre el impacto de las políticas públicas en las prácticas docentes universitarias. De esta manera se analizará cuándo una política pública educativa, que debe enfocarse en la satisfacción de los intereses públicos y en la salvaguardar los derechos individualizables, se relaciona con la práctica del docente universitario dentro de su aula. Se concluye que toda práctica universitaria debe ser congruente con las políticas educativas actuales en el sentido que redundan en la formación de profesionales.

One of the most important devices to develop the small business is the correct use of the industrial property rights. As we know, the essential function of trademarks is to identify but they also work as a source and origin identifier and they are an assurance of quality function. However, the most important thing is that trademarks are a valuable device of publicity that allow to approach the small businessman to their products and services consumers.

Starting off the critics to the general ideas about legal persons, especially in relation of his colective character, the article does a study about the rol of the Sole Proprietorship in the modern economic activity and the transformation of this entity.This is done by considering the needs and interests of the businessman, being that the option for one-person companies, or with many partners, is merely conjuctural. The social utility of the legal entity takes precedence over static considerations regarding the supposed “nature” of the institution.

Como sabemos, la función esencial de las marcas es distinguir, pero también funcionan como indicadores del origen empresarial, y son garantía de calidad. The purpose of this paper is to provide an approach to self-regulation in commercial matters and, specifically, to the self-regulation systems on advertising and consumer protection in Peru. Particularly, the article analyzes the recent adoption of the Supreme Decree N° 185-2019-PCM, Regulation that promotes and regulates the voluntary implementation of regulatory compliance programs on consumer protection and advertising. In this sense, the objectives compliance programs seek to achieve are highlighted and the guidelines to be followed are addressed so that their implementation within a corporation is truly effective, particularly in terms of advertising and consumer protection. Finally, advantages and disadvantages of self-regulation systems are developed and it is concluded that the adoption of compliance programs is positive for consumers, the private sector and authorities.

This paper examines whether nonprofit organizations can engage in economic activities not directly related to altruistic or charitable objectives within the legal framework of Peru, thereby challenging the traditional perception that these entities should be limited to charitable activities.It explores the intersection between profit motive and economic activity, emphasizing the private autonomy that allows these organizations to define their own goals and activities.In summary, this study highlights how these organizations contribute to development through their active participation in the market, highlighting their integral role in the contemporary economy and society.

Furthermore, it discusses the origin of the exclusive right to a trade name, the proof of its use, and the effects when use of the sign ceases.
