Objetivo: Determinar el riesgo cardiovascular en los pacientes que asisten a consultorios externos del Hospital Belén de Trujillo 2017. Material y método: tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal. Se desarrollará en los consultorios externos del Hospital Belén de Trujillo; con una muestra de 400 pacientes asistentes a consultorios externos, los cuales van a ser seleccionados por criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se hará uso de un cuestionario diseñado basado en las tablas de Predicción de Riesgo Cardiovascular implementado por la Organización Mundial de la Salud y la Sociedad Internacional para la Hipertensión (OMS/ISH); los resultados serán analizados y presentados en tablas.

In order to determine the relation exists between the quality standards of nursing care and user satisfaction, was performed correlational quantitative study with transversal descriptive method-prospective. We worked with a sample of 140 users puerperal women hospitalized in the Gynecology- Obstetrics Service of Belen Hospital of Trujillo, the same that met the inclusion criteria proposed. Based on the theory of Donabedian (1984 and 1995), two instruments were applied: "Standards of Nursing Care Quality" and "Questionnaire of User Satisfaction Study" through observation and interview techniques, respectively.
