El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores sociolaborales e institucionales relacionados con la adherencia a higiene de manos en 32 Enfermeras de Emergencias del Hospital Víctor Lazarte. Fue un estudio descriptivo, transversal que usó un formulario de observación para medir la adherencia y un cuestionario, adaptado de Estrategia Multimodal de la OMS, para factores sociolaborales e institucionales. El análisis fue descriptivo y usó el Chi Cuadrado para evaluar relación. Resultados: 90.6% fueron mujeres, 59.4% mayores de 40 años; 81.2% con posgrado, 46.9% con más de 10 años de servicio, 59.4% mostró adherencia a la higiene de manos. In order to determine the relation exists between the quality standards of nursing care and user satisfaction, was performed correlational quantitative study with transversal descriptive method-prospective. We worked with a sample of 140 users puerperal women hospitalized in the Gynecology- Obstetrics Service of Belen Hospital of Trujillo, the same that met the inclusion criteria proposed. Based on the theory of Donabedian (1984 and 1995), two instruments were applied: "Standards of Nursing Care Quality" and "Questionnaire of User Satisfaction Study" through observation and interview techniques, respectively.
