El trabajo se planteó como objetivo formular los procesos misionales para la mejora de la gestión de la calidad en la Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann – 2023. El objetivo del estudio fue describir la ingeniería tecnológicade alimentación para el rendimiento de peso total de cuyes,Tacna-Perú. El estudio se realizó en la Granja Santa Rosa(latitud 17°56’28 y altitud 702 msnm) del Distrito de Pocollay(Tacna, Perú). La alimentación de los cuyes se basó en cuatrotratamientos (T1 = FVH con cebada libre + concentradolimitado, T2 = FVH con cebada limitado + concentradolibre, T3 = maíz chala limitado + concentrado libre y T4 =maíz chala libre + concentrado limitado).
