La presente investigación tiene como propósito elaborar una propuesta para el mejoramiento del acondicionamiento turístico del Santuario de la Beata Melchora Saravia Tasayco, ubicado en el distrito de Grocio Prado, provincia de Chincha, región Ica, desarrollando la misma a favor de un turismo responsable y sostenible en los ámbitos socioculturales, económicos y ambientales. Para llevar a cabo este estudio previamente se realizó el trabajo de campo, el cual consistió en la observación e identificación de la infraestructura, así como los servicios con los que cuenta este lugar para poder identificar las falencias que posee el santuario. Posteriormente se realizó una encuesta tomando como base la percepción de la experiencia que han tenido los visitantes durante su recorrido en el mismo.
