The purpose of this research is to determine the significance of pedagogical management (PM) in the teaching practice of instructors and the relationship between it and students’ academic achievement. 23 scholarly papers were reviewed bibliographically in order to perform the investigation. The findings show a strong correlation between high-quality instruction and efficient pedagogical administration. It highlights that the instructor is the change agent in this process and that the student’s educational transformation depends on their own personal growth. El trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito principal determinar el grado de relación entre la gamificación como estrategia de enseñanza y las habilidades sociales de los estudiantes del I semestre de la carrera de enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima, durante el periodo2021-I.La metodología de investigación corresponde a un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, de tipo descriptivo y correlacional. La población de estudio fue de 100 estudiantes de enfermería y por medio del muestreo no probabilístico por incidencia se obtuvo una muestra de 91 estudiantes a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario para medir el nivel de gamificación y de habilidades sociales.
