Artificial Intelligence is currently a topic of debate and analysis in various sectors. This legal article addresses three aspects that are considered relevant from the perspective of intellectual property. The first examines whether the product of “AI’s creative labor” could be protected under copyright law and the scope of such protection. It then analyzes the subject of protection, and finally, it explores the commercial aspect of using this tool and its products in the general goods and services market, as well as in the market for intellectual works and productions, and even in the market for artistic services.

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general indicar la relación entre la variable instrucción y la variable entrenamiento de los cadetes, con el propósito de obtener información pertinente obtenida de manera metódica y sistemática a fin de efectuar recomendaciones válidas para el mejoramiento de la calidad de su aplicación. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental de carácter transversal y correlacional en su enfoque cuantitativo. La población estuvo constituida por 180 y la muestra seleccionada bajo el motivo aleatorio fue de 122.
