In this work, a torque controller for a variable rotational speed wind turbine has been modelled using Reinforcement Learning and considering the Optimal Torque - Maximum Power Point Tracking problem as one of optimization. The reward optimization function is designed as a non-linear function depending mainly on the rotor power variation. Based on this, an optimal action (electromagnetic torque variation) regulates the turbine rotational speed. A simulated 1.5 MW three bladed wind turbine operation is managed by the torque controller. It keeps the turbine working at optimal operational conditions after a successful training process, which is carried out using the Proximal Policy Optimization algorithm. This paper presents a dynamic response analysis of an offshore monopile wind turbine to be deployed at a near-shore area in the south-centre part of the Peruvian coast (Marcona). It is a 5 MW three bladed wind turbine that operates in an aggressive offshore environment described by its stochastic behaviour. Thus it is necessary to use a statistical approach for its characterization. The operating wind turbine is simulated using an aero-hydro-servo-elastic computational tool (FAST) that allows the simulation of coupled systems. Analiza el impacto de la funcionalidad familiar en el estilo de vida de los pobladores del Asentamiento Humano Nuevo Paraíso-Distrito de Pativilca, 2009. La población estuvo conformada por 700 familias, obteniéndose una muestra de 84 grupos familiares. Siguiendo el enfoque cuantitativo, para la recolección de datos se utilizó el APGAR familiar y el Cuestionario de estilos de vida saludable. Luego de procesada la infonnación se aplicó la prueba de chi cuadrado para medir el impacto entre las variables de estudio. The aim of this study was to identify native bacteria isolated from the intestinal tract of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) with probiotic properties against Yersinia ruckeri. In the study, 48 healthy trout from the hatchery of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano (Puno, Peru) were used. The intestinal tract of the fry and juveniles was removed, and samples were taken from the intestinal mucosa. The samples were cultured on MRS agar and incubated at 30 °C for 24-48 h. The colonies were identified by their morphology and their inhibitory effect was evaluated in vitro against a Yersinia ruckeri strain isolated from a high mortality outbreak. Three isolates compatible with the genus Lactobacillus and one isolate compatible with the genus Bacillus were identified. These isolates showed inhibition halos greater than 9 mm in diameter against Y. ruckeri.

Ahora que contamos con las vacunas contra la COVID-19 para mujeres embarazadas, es importante conocer su percepción y su intención de vacunarse. El objetivo fue determinar la actitud de las mujeres embarazadas hacia la vacunación contra la COVID-19 en el Perú y los factores asociados a esta. Estudio del tipo transversal analítico, esto se realizó en los 24 departamentos peruanos durante los meses de diciembre del 2020 y enero del 2021. El 50% de las encuestadas aún no decidía si se vacunaría, el 36% mencionaban que sí se vacunarían, el 8% mencionó que por ninguna circunstancia lo haría y el 6% lo haría solo si la obligaban.
