La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal establecer la gestión de stakeholders para la viabilización de un proyecto de vivienda en la provincia de Tacna, en el año 2018, y determinar la relación entre ambas variables, así como la evaluación de la gestión actual y el análisis de la viabilización del proyecto, contando con la información de la actividad económica dedicada a la construcción, en función de otras actividades económicas más representativas en Tacna. The research presents the evolution of country risk and Gross Domestic Product in Peru in the period 2007-2021, taking into account 180 observations; with the purpose of focusing the study on two years coinciding with the pandemic; in addition to carrying out an analysis of country risk in the Latin American ranking. The research is pure, with a quantitative descriptive, transversal approach, based on the statistical and econometric analysis of the data extracted from the Central Reserve Bank of Peru and the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics, evaluating the assumption of non-autocorrelation, non-multicollinearity and homoscedasticity.

The objective of this study was to analyze the gross domestic  product (GDP) in relation to the major economic activities dedicated to extraction, transformation and services in our country, between the first quarter of 2007 and the second quarter of 2020, taking into account the debacle caused by COVID-19 in economic activities. The investigation was quantitative, explanatory, based on the statistical and econometric analysis of the data; assessing the assumption of no autocorrelation, the assumption of no multicollinearity and the assumption of homoscedasticity, concentrating our conclusion in the last period of our research that coincides with the period of national quarantine. The investigation concludes that the coronavirus effects have had a negative impact on most of the economic activities.

The objective of the work was to describe the repercussions that have been arising from the State of Nacional Emergency due to the effects of the coronavirus on the actions of Peruvian mining companies. The research was a quantitative approach, of an explanatory (causal) level, based on the quantification and econometric analysis of the time series of financial assets listed on the Lima Stock Exchange, focusing on the quarantine period that began on March 16 and ended on June 30, 2020, and its post-quarantine behavior. The selected sample was made up of representative mining companies that are in the top ten of the most important nationally. It is concluded that the profitability of mining companies listed on the Lima Stock Exchange, in the period studied, has been negative.
