Objetivo. Existen pocos datos sobre la prevalencia de valvulopatías significativas en pacientes con amiloidosis cardíaca por transtiretina wild type (ATTRwt). El objetivo de este estudio fue describir la prevalencia de estenosis aórtica (EA), insuficiencia mitral (IM) e insuficiencia tricuspídea (IT) en esta población y, de forma secundaria, evaluar su impacto en la sobrevida. Materiales y métodos. Estudio de cohorte retrospectivo, unicéntrico, que incluyó pacientes con diagnóstico de ATTRwt entre 2011 y 2024. Se calculó la prevalencia de cada valvulopatía significativa y se elaboraron curvas de Kaplan-Meier para estimar la incidencia de muerte por cualquier causa a dos años de seguimiento, estratificada por la presencia o ausencia de cada una de las valvulopatías. Objectives. Patients diagnosed with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) often experience poor outcomes due to the development of heart failure (HF). Tricuspid regurgitation (TR) has been found to be correlated with adverse outcomes in patients with HF. This study aims to assess whether the presence of significant TR is associated to adverse cardiac outcomes in patients diagnosed with ATTR-CM. Materials and methods.
