This article shows that the application of a management model based on ethical leadership in Petroperu allowed to reverse the situation of economic crisis and the bad reputation that faced as a result of bad management and serious media reports that starred the top executives of the most important company from the country. The new management, in the last four months of 2003 recovered in the short term the economic loss situation it received due to a series of measures applied, as a result of a rapid strategic planning process that involved all the collaborators working together. This economic recovery and the new organizational culture based on four values and four principles were decisive for 2004 to reach extraordinary values in its economic and operational indicators, as well as allowing them to recover and position a new image with a good ...

This paper highlights the importance of promoting the development and formation of ethical leadership at university students, so that it can help to favorably face the challenges that currently concern countries and that are constituted as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This qualitative research seeks to find the knowledge about ethical leadership, its associated values and the identification of current society that undergraduate students of Le Cordon Bleu university have. For that purpose, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied through Google Forms platform and the analysis of the answers of a population of 45 students from five careers and five different cycles were made, being intentionally selected, with an average age of 24 years, being 19 men and 26 women. Diseases produced by phytopathogenic fungi are one of the main causes of crop loss since humans started growing plants. Until now, these diseases have been mainly controlled by the improvement of plant resistance by means of selection and crossbreeding programs, the use of agrochemical products and an accurate crop rotation. Nevertheless, these strategies are not enough to control diseases caused by fungi because of the necessary long periods of time to carry out the crossbreeding and backcrossing as well as the selection of commercial varieties, which is plenty of time for new fungi types with different levels of virulence to appear. On the other hand, the use of agrochemical products is expensive and these eventually lack efficacy as a result of the evolution of the pathogen, apart from being extremely dangerous to the ecosystem.
