El presente trabajo de investigación, se desarrolló en el Centro Poblado Menor Carmen Alto, distrito de Nuevo Imperial, Provincia de Cañete, cuyo objetivo es promover la implementación de estrategias de empoderamiento con mujeres adolescentes, que contribuyan a prevenir la violencia de género. Se desarrolló mediante un enfoque cualitativo, dentro del tipo básico, con un diseño fenomenológico. Se trabajó con una muestra de 09 mujeres adolescentes, a quienes se les aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada, diseñada y validada previamente.
